Welcome for an expansive spring retreat — to reawaken the body and rekindle the inner fire. After a long dormant winter it’s time to gather in community, shift outwards, get the fire going and the energy flowing. Spring is a time for growth and new beginnings — to dream big and take action. Expect a weekend of daily yoga, breathwork, meditation, organic meals and fika, — with plenty of time for sauna, cold plunging, relaxation and spending time in nature.
