Meet
your host
Hi! I’m Madeleine, a life coach, facilitator and yoga teacher from Stockholm. I’m passionate about sharing practices, tools and techniques for living a more connected, grounded and authentic life — whether it be yoga, meditation, breathing techniques or introspection. I have a background as a front-end developer and spent several years working in Amsterdam and NYC.
A great deal of stress and a triggered nervous system were recurring themes in my life throughout my tech career — and I wish I would have had a better understanding of what was happening in my body, as well as tools to better cope with the stress reactions at the time. I’m dedicated to sharing the knowledge and practices which I’ve learned over the years through various trainings in yoga, somatic trauma therapy, mindfulness etc..
I believe everyone should have access to these tools and practices and I’m hoping that you see the value in offering them to your employees as a way for them to ground, de-stress and boost cognitive functions and overall well-being.

In a time where chronic stress and overactive nervous systems are more common than ever, Breathing for professionals is a workshop I wish everyone had access to. It mixes theory about the nervous system, bodily stress reactions and possibly our most powerful (and accessible!) tool for well-being — the breath, and how to use it in an efficient way. This is combined with practical breathing techniques and somatic tools for calming the nervous system, boosting cognitive functions and cultivating mind-body awareness.
This 90 minute in-person workshop provides the participants with valuable knowledge and tangible tools to support them throughout life. It’s accessible to everyone — no preparation, prior knowledge nor experience needed.
